DESCRIPTION:Nandini Shankar is one of the most promising & upcoming faces in the world of Indian violin. Known for her ability to make the violin sing\, she inherits the legacy of the Gayaki Ang (singing style) on the violin) from her gurus\, her illustrious grandmother PadmabhushanDr. N. Rajam and her mother\, the highly accomplished visionary Dr. Sangeeta Shankar. Nandini began her training in violin at the age of 3\, and gave her first ever public performance as a young 8-year old. Her first solo performance was at the age of 13\, and ever since then\, she has been an avid performer – frequenting Indian Classical Music festivals all over the world. Her progress has been astonishing and she has reached a high level of proficiency on the violin. \nShe has toured over 15 countries for concerts\, and has also performed at the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York. She is a part of 2 bands – ‘Sakhi’\, an initiative by the singing queen of Indian Classical Music\, Kaushiki Chakraborty\, and ‘inStrings’\, an Indian fusion band formed by Dr. Sangeeta Shankar. Currently she also teaches Indian Music & Composition at Whistling Woods International\, a premier film institute in Mumbai. Academically\, she is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds anM.A. in Music from SNDT University. \nNandini has received appreciation for her fusion experiments. She has 4 singles and an album to her credit. She also records for ads & films. She endorses Thomastik-Infeld Vienna violin strings & Ted Brewer violins. She also received ‘Jashn-e-Youngistan’ at the hands of the Vice President of India in the year 2018.

DESCRIPTION:Bruno Loi is one of the most popular and well-known launeddas players in Sardinia. Launeddas is a typical wind instrument of the Sardinian tradition. \n  \nHe started learning Launeddas at the age of 17 and got training under Dionigi Burranca native of Samatzai. \nThe research led him to the artisanal construction of various musical instruments of the Sardinian folk tradition: sulittus\, trunfas\, percussions\, alternating live performance with teaching at the Escalaplano traditional music school. \n  \nHe is one of the founding members of the Symponia Cultural Association\, which carries out musical activities linked to the Sardinian tradition\, promoting and organizing show-musical and cultural events\, dance courses and Sardinian music\, together with the musicians Andrea Puddu and Enrico Picchiri. \nIn 2016 his first recording work\, Brinca \, was born \, produced together with the musician Paride Peddio.

DESCRIPTION:Kamakshi Khanna is a Delhi-based singer/songwriter whose music draws inspiration fromdiverse influences ranging from RnB and Soul to Pop and Indie Folk. Her journey is one ofconscious reinvention as she continues to embrace new styles\, and experiment with her sonicidentity. An overthinker and daydreamer\, most of Kamakshi’s ideas come from sudden spurts ofintrospection inspired by her lived experiences and her tendency to attach emotional depth tothe mundane. SUMMARY:Katia Guerreiro
DESCRIPTION:Katia Guerreiro was born on February 23rd\, 1976\, in South Africa\, to Portuguese parents. Soon after her birth\, her family returned to São Miguel Island\, in the Azores. At age of 15\, she learned to play a local type of instrument called “viola da terra” (a traditional instrument in the Azores) and began playing with a group called Rancho Folclórico de Santa Cecília. Years later she moved to Lisbon\, where she attended medical school and graduated in 2000. During these academic years\, she maintained\, however\, an intense connection to music: first as the lead singer of a rock band from the 60’s\, Os Charruas\, and later\, through João Mário Veiga\, in charismatic Fado gatherings and evenings in the capital. \nAnd it was in 2000 that her musical career in fado began\, when she performed at the concert in honour of Amália Rodrigues\, at Lisbon’s Coliseu. At the time\, both the critics and the public surrendered to her interpretation of “Amor de Mel\, Amor de Fel” and “Barco Negro”\, being considered the best performance of the night.

Musicians and travelers compose songs inspired by their travels around the world. In their shows\, they attract  the public to come and enjoy their music at remote places where they have been\, such as India\, China\, Zimbabwe\, Vietnam\, Mongolia\, Timor and dozens of others\, making the public travel with the travel stories that they tell in their songs . \nBut it’s not just the sounds and travel stories that shape a SENZA concert. Inside and outside the songs\, reflections on the world and on emerging issues of society are brought to light. Sustainability\, equality\, inclusion and social justice are addressed in a comprehensive language\, wrapped in a positive sound texture: a unique\, warm\, evocative sound\, with colorful instrumentation\, full of identity. On live performances\, SENZA is always sharing an innovative dialogue with the audience\, with exotic brushstrokes and danceable rhythms. \nAfter partnerships with musicians such as Rão Kyao and Júlio Pereira\, the participation of the artist Carlão\, marks the first single of the latest work by SENZA\, released in August 2022. Musicians and travelers\, are enthusiastic sound explorers of the expressions of Lusophone and Portuguese Language around the world. DESCRIPTION:The 6-piece Dreams Band of Zimbabwe’s shooting star BLESSING BLED\nCHIMANGA (marimba\, percussion and vocals) started as a trio and has grown\nto become a full band that has toured world wide for 7 years. Their music style\nis marked by a unique and pure African sound created out of Blessing\nChimanga’s virtuos marimba playing\, charismatic lead vocals and high energy\nperfomance.\nThe celebrate Africa Tour Band is a marked by the creative sounds of the\nmarimba and mbira which are the 2 Zimbabwean traditional instruments. On\nmbira and backing vocals is Ratidzo Mayenzanise\, while talented female bass\nplayer Zviko Matimba is holding the groove down with strong drum rhthyms\nfrom Tapiwa Chishiri and on african shakers and vocals is Mutsawashe\nTevedzai with deep harmonise from Caleb Chikomwe on keyboards and\norgans.\nThe main attraction of the show is the high african energy and joy that they\nbring live on stage\, which makes people dance and have a memorable time.\nAnother golden attraction of this performance is the use of the traditional\ninstruments from Zimbabwe including a full set of 3 marimbas on stage\nfussed into the music. The lyrics of their music is in both English and shona\nthe native language of Zimbabwe.\nAfter a successful India tour in August 2022 the band is coming back with a\nfresh sound\, fresh look\, fresh music as part of their new show titled\n#CELEBRATEAFRICA \nSo far the band has toured in India\, USA\, Argentina\, Brazil\, Thailand\, Indonesia\,\nSouth Africa\, Zambia and many more.
