The band was born in the heart of the mountains, following an unexpected encounter
between local root music players and contemporary artists from Silesia.
Curiosity sparked wild improvisation sessions, and their diverse backgrounds forged a
unique sound—one that blends the haunting beauty of melodies with raw, frenetic energy.

You might hear echoes of rock, punk, jazz, and film music, layered with ambient textures—
but the fact that it’s all played on string instruments makes it truly extraordinary.
VOŁOSI’s greatest strength lies in the way they channel emotions—from joy to heartbreak,
excitement to calm, rage to euphoria—taking the audience on a liberating and deeply
satisfying musical journey.
